Surviving on BTEA

I was wondering if anyone has lived from the BTEA. I was thinking of moving to Rathmines, my rent would be 95 Euro a week before bills(two bedroom flat) so that would leave me with about 110 Euro for the week. I was wondering if anyone has lived from the BTEA. I was thinking of moving to Rathmines, my rent would be 95 Euro a week before bills(two bedroom flat) so that would leave me with about 110 Euro for the week. Is it possible to survive on that and has anyone done it ? Im living in dublin atm and attending DIT but my commute time is the same as people living in Carlow and Offaly which is 3/4 hours a day.
