    Hi guys,. have a tenant in the house which i also live and wants to claim the relief 400 per year any idea is there a print out online to back date it and have it in effect for future

    When only a current year form is availble, many people just cross out the date and insert the appropriate date. While it should carry on into the future, he should check his tax credits each year.

    You do know you can avail of the Rent-a-Room scheme?
