was speaking with a friend who is in the process of starting a new business project aimed at start-ups.

Over the course of our discussions we thought of the following necessities to a small start up.

Anything else needed? Any on list unessential?

PC/Laptop
Basic web presence (for credibility)
Business Cards/basic stationery
Phone and broadband - new or cheapest possible

Any other musts? i.e. most small companies dont rush into renting offices so haven't included that....

Thoughts please...
