    Hi there
I know this is two years late haha but I had an interview just there yesterday in the Jervis centre.
They asked you to complete some floor exercises but they can vary, I know you said you've done some research already.
They then ask you to go back to an office with the in the store and ask you a few questions. I only got asked two proper interview questions
: what can you bring to the boots team and
: what do you know about boots
    the rest were general questions
( the interviewer I had was bored before she even began talking with me and didn't make things comfortable at all )It all made me nervous even though I'm generally a calm person and always come prepared.

They made me go around the store like an eigit and offer a basket to customers..I flunked that Even though I knew that was one of the exercises..the jobs too fake and "customer care" orientated i.e GIVE US YOUR MONEY IF WE'RE NICE AND FRIENDLY TO YOU.
    Definetly not for me.
Then there was standing behind a small till with a sales assistant to offer and interact with customers to see if they want their bags packed ect... that was awkward too because you don't know if the sales assistant is supposed to talk or you during the whole time with the customer.
I made a few break the ice jokes with the manager(interviewer and sales assistant but I got nothing ! haha
Then she brought me to an isle and asked me how I'd make it better
    so
-fill gaps in (one common sense one I 4got to say!)
    -keep products well presented
    -prices clear
-everything neatly placed were they should be

I know other things they may ask are can you find the cheapest product in the whatever range/isle
Pick a personal fav product that you know is in store and be able to talk about it and why you chose it and if there are any promotions on a.t.m
So know what promotions are on a.t.m. and the general layout of the store.

For any future potential employees good luck.
if you find it easy to be fake or are naturally friendly to everyone, even though you know you only are for money and good at answering customers questions/complaints under pressure then this job is for you.:D
