Always Tired and flu like symptons!!

Is it just me or is there anyone else out there with the same problem as me! For the past few months i have been always tired and always have cold like symptoms. Id tired everything not sleeping too much,sleeping less and going to bed early, cutting down on different foods but Im just always knackered. Anyone got any ideas?
