Recycling in Cork City with office pickup

As someone tasked with getting some kind of dry recycling initiative in place in this little SME of ours I'm wondering what steps should I be taking to handle the every day waste. That is to separate (and clean if needed):

    Food
    Cans
    Glass
    Plastic
    Paper
    Cardboard

Then what? I don't fancy hauling all this stuff to a bring site so I need to get some crowd to pick it up. Do waste management companies generally transfer the separated waste from your bins into another bin, or lease their owns bins for collection.

Experienced words from others that have setup these initiates would be appreciated!

Did you check with any of your business neighbors what they are doing? The company I work for share our bins with two other companies and split the bill. Have different bins for various waste as you mentioned.
