    Hi Guys,

Quick question, if im working nights lets say 10pm to 6am. Does an employer by law have to pay me more per hour than i would get working 10am - 6pm, and if so would this still apply if i am a contractor been paid by a recruitment agency. My contract doesnt say anything about working nights only has a set hourly rate.

    Thanks
    Jd

As a contractor all the details are in your contract, if nothing is specified then most likely no.
