Those of you with children either of your own or in your circle of family/friends might be interested in a fundraising Nearly New sale that is on in the Woodlands Hotel on Sunday October 11th from 1 - 3 pm.
On sale will be excellent-quality babies’ and children’s clothes (0-10 years), toys, books, nursery equipment and maternity wear at fantastic prices. Last year's sale was a great success with some brilliant items on offer like a birthing pool, kids’ bikes, a slide, buggies, cots, travel systems, car seats, baby baths, baby slings and a bouncy castle.
The sale is organised by and in aid of Bumps ‘n’ Babes, a Waterford-based parent and child group, which is itself affiliated to Cuidiú, the Irish Childbirth Trust, a registered charity.
Even if you can't be there yourself, spread the word - with everyone feeling the pinch of the recession, high-quality nearly new goods at great prices is something everyone could use!
