    Hi guys,
I need to reinstall a machine with a oem license but I have no cd. Do MS provide for these situations?

Also anybody know a good freeware app aswell for collecting all the drivers?

    Cheers.

Ring MS, or whatever company you got the PC off (better chance). I rang Dell one time and they sent out a new windows CD before (without a new key obviously).

If you have a Technet subscription I believe you would be able to download the disks there, but other than that the only facility I know of is a US only based online store that appeared around the time of the Vista launch.

EDIT - Oh, it seems to work in the UK (and seemingly Ireland by extension) now too. Cool.

Don't suppose anyone that has vista basic could upload it somewhere?

No piracy please. An OEM license won't cover a retail disk. If you want an OEM replacement disk, contact the manufacturer.

Ok didn't release that about the license.
