Can ye please have a go at translating these to Irish?

I am at my most free when I sail...

    Still seeking Freedom's story...

    Still seeking Eagle's story...

I still want to be crew...

    Lol, thanks!

Please don't use Google translate. It is deplorable- you will more than likely get duddy translations.

Also, flowery phrases such as these don't translate very easily into Irish at all.

GoogleTrans is just going to give ye a barebones literal translation, potentially losing the sense of the original English.

OP's better off looking for an "old Irish phrases" website rather than trying to translate, just look for a phrase that has a similar meaning

    eg:
Níl aon tintéan mar do thintéan féin

    There's no place like home.

As you can see the phrase doesn't translate directly at all.

A quick google brings up this one (plus hundreds of others)

I am at my most free when I sail...

Tá níos mó saoirse agam ag seoltóireacht ná aon uair eile

    Still seeking Freedom's story...

Fós ag lorg scéal na saoire

    Still seeking Eagle's story...

Fós ag lorg scéal an Iolra

I still want to be crew...

Táim fós ag iarraidh a bheith mar chriú
