I worry about diseases

I am a young female and suffer from OCD. This manifests itself as being afraid of contamination or infection. I go out of my way to avoid situations like casual sex or kissing ramdomers but sometimes I still come into contact with unwanted fluids. Earlier this year I was sharing a flat with a girl who was quite promiscuous and when cleaning the shower, got a substance on my hands which could have been period blood. I washed it off but it continues to bug me and is still on my mind. I have since been vaccinated against Hepatitis B (which is what I'm worried about) but I am worried in case it was too late. My Boyfriend thinks I'm crazy and that a normal person wouldn't give it another thought but I keep beating myself up about it and wishing I'd worn gloves (I felt safe cleaning the shower in my own flat, should have known better!) It's too early for a test and this is driving me mad. Help.

This could be my imagination but wasn't there a thread very similar to this recently ?

There was iirc, op I wouldnt worry tbh, a doctor would probably tell you the same, you probably come into contact with things that people have had their filthy hands on every day and nothing happens, you'll drive yourself nuts worrying about it

I'd be thinking you should seek help for your OCD rather than worrying about Hep B ffs.

OP, it appears that this is the second thread you've started about this (the previous one is here) so I'm locking this one.

Please don't attempt to start any more threads on this subject as they won't be approved.
