While I know of no Irish bank that issues Visa Electron Cards its possible to get one from http://www.entropay.com/ . This will allow you to book Ryanair flights from Ireland without paying…

I came across this thread http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2055044499 earlier today but it was closed and unanswered.

While I know of no Irish bank that issues Visa Electron Cards its possible to get one from http://www.entropay.com/ . This will allow you to book Ryanair flights from Ireland without paying the €5pp per ticket card fee.

Entropay was mentioned multiple times in that thread and many others on this site, so we don't really need another
