I had to query a delivery which seemed a bit slow 2 weeks ago, i emailed and got a reply saying a royal mail strike had caused some delays. got the delivery 3 days later. i've never had a problem any other time.

I've also used them quite a lot and never had a problem.

They are a real high street shop I think, so surprised no answer to the phone.

I've always found them slow (minimum 2 weeks, sometimes 4) compared to wiggle (usually only 2 days!)

I've used them several times, never had any problems. Delivery wasn't the fastest, but that never bothered me, to be honest.
I always seemed to find the cheapest price for my shoe of choice with them.

Over the past 5 years I have used them or more than several occassions.I buy most of my spikes, runners, tights and pretty much all my training gear.
I have found their delivery to vary between 5-10 day most arrving around day 6 or 7 and have never had a problem send back faulty equipement or gear that just didnt fit.Overall I would say their service is pretty eceptional for an online site as I had massive problems with other online companys so very suprised to hear of your problems.I would suggest email or call again and ask them whats going on,if you ask a certain way you might just get some free socks or sumtin.

Have used them for 90% of my stuff, never any trouble and usually within 7-10 days.Twice used Wiggle and one order was incorrect.

Maybe your e-mails go into their junk folder. Have you tried from a different address?

One order of mine got a little bit messed up but I had put it in in stages and asked them to get as much of it as they could by a certain time as I was ging away. The rest of the stuff iddn't come and I didn't get billed either until I contacted them about two months later but as soon as I did they dealt with it. All my e-mails and phone calls were dealt with.

Do they still give the big discounts for bulk orders. Couldn't see anything about it on their new site.

The ongoing issues in the UK post are probably the cause. No idea why they wouldn't be answering you though

Either way I will NEVER use them again.

I had ordered new runners to break in by the time of the marathon and also to get used to using a running belt unless they arrive in the next few days there's little chance of that.

When phoning them, I'm assuming you used the +44 1670 number rather than the 0844 number which doesn't work from Ireland.

You could also try ringing one of their stores (details here). Am sure they would look into it for you.

Disappointed to hear of this bad experience with them, as my experiences have been nothing but positive.

I rang them this day last week on the 0844 number (+44844) and they answered within 4 rings. I'd a query about delivery costs. I ordered later that day and my gear was dleivered on Wednesday. That's the third time I've ordered over the last few years and always found them excellent.

Actually I just checked, it didnt work but I dialled the right number, maybe its my mobile....anyway..... - 6 emails later, plus some emails on their automated email thing on the contact page - no answer.

This morning, I emailed again, no.7 , this time I also pasted in the link to this thread so they could see that they might lose customers... and lo and behold, I receive a reply 3hrs later. They say the order was lost in the post, it was sent on Sept 8th. They're resending it.
