Cost to Replace Bumper on Seat Ibiza

Friend has a 04 Seat Ibiza that got a tip last night after reversing into a bollard. The bumper's pretty damaged on the left hand side and looks like a replacement jobby as opposed to anything else. The bumper's colour coded, too. Any idea how much this might cost to replace?
