Anyone ever heard of this before?

I rang them because I moved house. I moved from a back road between Lucan and Leixlip with little joy riders tearing up and down every Friday and Saturday night into a house in Glencullen with electric gates and cctv cameras on the cars. They told me there would be a 100 euro loading because of the area even with the increased security. I told him it was right on the border with Kiltiernan and would that address attract the loading aswell. He said anywhere on the southside has this loading!

I'd imagine it's cos you have moved from what's Co Dublin to Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown. With that comes increased traffic levels, and increased population etc, all increase the chances of a claim. ie from an insurance point of view you are just a slightly higher risk now.
