Lost test details

    Got emailed details of my test several weeks ago but they got lost from email due to technical problems. Anyway emailed the address on rsa.ie for them to resend details but no reply yet. Should i ring them or what? Test is in about two weeks.

    How long ago did you contact them? It took them over a week to e-mail me back about something

    That said if it was me I probably would have just rang them in the first place!

    You should definitely ring them straight away, they might insist on you waiting for a new copy of the letter as you're supposed to show it when you get there.

    I couldn't find mine and couldn't remember the appointment time, so I tried ringing the night before to find out. Place was closed so I tried again at 8 in the morning, soon as they opened, but she said "it was yesterday!" I was after getting the date wrong because they put off my original date (March 24th) for a month (April 23rd) and I got confused. :(

    As it happens, the time was 8:15 so I would've been too late anyway.
