A room is available in a victorian red brick house in rathgar. house is shared with 3 students. 2 boys 19 years old, and a girl 19 years old. The house has a large kitchen and living room shared among occupants. frequent bus routes 15 mins into town. 10 mins walk from trinity halls. facilities include ntl, parking, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, wireless internet. we are all very easy going.
