A couple of people I know reckon a deaf (or deaf and dumb) goalkeeper played Championship hurling some time in the 40s or 50s. Anyone know who it was and which county (they think Kilkenny) he played for?

There's been plenty of deaf and blind referees that have graced our GAA pitches, from and in all counties. :D
