Voting in Lisbon - do you have to have voting card with you

    Afaik you never need the voting card, that's only to tell you where to present yourself and it certainly is no substitute for photo ID which you should bring - unless you are known at the booth.

    I've worked on several elections/referenda on a polling station.

    Polling card is for informational purposes only. It is not mandatory
    We can ask for ID so bring something decent along(Passport,Drivers licence).
