Looking for gel like marking to write/draw on t-shirts

Hi I am wondering if there is a gel like marker/pen that I can use to write or draw on a blank t-shirt. I want something that will look like its gel when finished but completly hard and stands off the t shirt and also wont wash off. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi - you will get this effect with Tulip 3D Dimensional Fabric paint - I know they do a small range of it in The Premier Arts & Craft Store Bray/Greystones but I dont think they have the gellies range which is the one I think you need - but you should find it maybe in the Art & Hobby shops etc - you can see the full list of colours and effects on this website www.ilovetocreate.com - click on the products tab and then on "tulip" and then on "tulip 3D Fashion paint"
