Citrix Printing help needed

    Folks I'm in need of a Citrix guru!!

    We have 2 print servers and we connect to Citrix for our apps. The local printers are mapped to the Citrix session and diaplay Printer X in session X.

    However this morning Ive noticed that they are no longer displaying as in session and the printing is crawling.

    Anyone have any ideas? The policy looks fine.

    More info needed!

    are you mapping client printers through the ica session?
    are there login scripts to map network printers?
    how many citrix servers have you?
    how many servers is this happening on?

    check the status of the citrix print service on the citrix server.

    if its stopped, start it.
    if the service wont start, chances are the local citrix account is knackered.

    anything in the event logs?
