fake swingers profile

customer of mine is being harrased by someone who has made a profile for her on a swingers website, it has been reported about 20 times in a week and still nothing is being done the person who made it is repyling to questions and making the page seem genuine there is no contact number in the Whois just mentions a company…

any suggestions
