Where do I find St. Anthony?

I owe St. Anthony a fiver and I want to know how I can give it to him.

The irony of my request was already pointed out when I posted this question in the Christianity forum before they locked my thread cos they thought I was taking the piss.

I lost my keys, promised him some money and then I found my keys so I want to pay up.

Do I have to give it into a money box that is collecting for him or can I do something else?
There has to be a way to get the money to him and I doubt he has paypal.

Any suggestions as to what I can make this right?

Ask St. Anthony to let you keep the fiver.

Then put it in your pocket.

    Problem Solved.

Don't most church's have a statue of Saint Anthony with a donation box underneath?
That would be where I would look, OP.

    um, st. anthony the finder?

Just pop the money in an envelope. Write St. Anthony on the front and put S.A.G. (St. Anthony guide) on the back. Don't bother with stamps.

It should find its way then.

Send it to Sean Fitzpatrick, or St Anthony as he was known to his customers.

Most shops have a St. Anthony donations box - that is where I usually put it. Also there is a church up on the Quays (Dublin) that do a St Anthony Novena on a Tuesday night, they have a relic up there and a Thanksgiving box.
Also, most churches have St Anthony donation boxes

Good old St Anthony, He's helped me find lots of things. He must be sick and tired of looking at this stage.

Anyway as some people have already said there are lots of shops that have St Anthony donation boxes. Stick it in there.

    thanks for the suggestions,
I had a look around in a few shops after work today,
plenty of money boxes for black babies in Africa and children with down's syndrome but nothing for my holy detective.
will try a few more shops 2moro.

A fiver? The patron saint of fecken mercenarys.
Why do you have to give it to a church? I doubt St. Anthony would approve the way the Catholic Church was run over the last 2,000 years. Give it to your barman. In exchange for a pint

Pray to St Jude, offer him a fiver to sort it out.

Alternatively pop into Merchants Quay , he has an office down there.

I always say to myself about people that I owe money to

"sure they will find me if they need the money"

This seems especially appropriate for St Anthony.;)
