    Look at this crap

He mustn't drive much in the city. Even though there are loads of cyclists who ignore lights, there are still plenty who will stop at a red light.

The solution to this problem is to stop reading the Herald.

All you can do is stop at lights yourself.

I had to drive a lot over the weekend, first time in a while. The standard of driving in Dublin is really shocking, no one stops for red lights, everyone speeds, saw a few cars without lights. I had some young woman in a Cayenne glued to my bumper, then when she got to the dual carriageway she was glued to the bumper of the next car. I kept thinking that unless someone tells her how heavy and powerful her car is, she is going to do some awful damage some day. Where's my article in the Herald?

    Oh, and not one helmet!

Recommended procedure for this is to slow down until the following vehicle is at a safe distance. In extreme cases, you'll end up slowing to 30kph before they pass you out and tailgate the next vehicle.

Or you could stand on the brakes and sue the arse off her...
