Room setup advice.

    Hi,

I want to get some advice on a room setup I'm thinking about doing.

I'm getting rid of my old 36' CRT TV which has served me well, but is taking up a huge amount of floor space. So in its place I'm looking at wall mounting a 26' LCD and also a HD projector with screen for movies, gaming and big events (sports etc).

Has anyone here gone and done this, I'm not that handy at AV installs but want a professional looking setup, ie no wires hanging from the ceiling by hooks etc.

With regards to the projector and the sky box, games console, PC connection, DVD player etc. Could I feed both TV and the projector off the one cable ? would one HDMI cable carry everything, or would I need a separate cable for each.

Also obviously I'll need to have the projector on the other side of the room away from the equipment cabinet, so does anyone have any ideas, is there an efficient way to get everything done.

    Budget is 2k.
