what is the best blues compilation you have listened to?

you'd have to have the old classics..........maybe the Missisipi Sheiks and such, Robert Johnson and all that. Muddy and Howlin' Wolf. Then more contemporary electric figures, like stevie ray vaughan and rory gallagher. There are so many................and all the Kings!

The Blues Masters compilation series Rhino brought out in the 90s was perfect.

Check out the compilation CD to the Deep Blues documentary for present day real blues from northern Mississippi.
