    Hey all,

I was just wondering would any of my stuff be covered?I'm living in digs(share a house with a family,In my case just a women) with 2 other first year students,We each have separate rooms on the 1st floor,My door has no lock so therefore it's left unlocked/open during the day..

I have a laptop worth €600 a phone worth €200 and a camera and lenses worth around €1000,I don't want to bring my camera here because there's been a few break ins and I'd rather not be down €1,800 if someone broke in,So would I be be covered? And by who's policy? And would I need to ask for the more expensive items to be added to the policy?

    Thanks all.

Also,I only say at the accommodation from Sunday evening to Friday morning

If renting an apartment/house the landlord's insurance does not cover the tenant's possessions. I'm not sure if it's the same situation for a loger (which is what you would be classified as). You could try contact the PRTB and ask their advice.
