    hi there,

    I have a short query regarding the JA process. I signed on in the start of the year for JA and had an interview before i got my payments. However i got a job for the summer which ended at the end of july. I went in to apply for a fresh JA and i filled out everything again, however i havent heard from the office since and im wondering do i have to do another interview for JA or not. My circumstances havent changed since my last claim but i would just like to know what i should be waiting for. Also how would i go about enquiring about my claim, do you think i should go in and ask to my SW office as i have been waiting 10 weeks or would i be wasting my time going into them to ask? Finally my SW office is in bishops square in dublin and is anybody else waiting for JA from that office? Any replies would be appreciated

    They will likely simply reopen your last claim. The easiest way to enquire is to go in and ask, since offices around the country haven't been answering their phones.
