    While I'm not sure this board exists for people to do your english homework...

    It's a fairly simple quote - about Claudius - people who act nicely towards you may in fact intend you harm. Claudius goes a bit OTT in pointing out how much he cares about Hamlet and so on. You could write about lots of things, think "don't judge a book by it's cover", appearances can be deceiving, this sort of thing.
