The one linked above fits the bill, plenty of positive remarks about that "netbook" on here. I wouldn't buy it in argos though, as it only comes with the 3 cell smaller battery. I'd spend an extra 20 quid and buy it here, you'lll get 6/7 hours use out of that one before needing the charger again.

No problem! And there should be plenty of Hard Drive space available on that to fit all your music too. Best of luck with it.

I am not a big fan of the Acer brand....my dad had one and it was nothing but problems but I dont know anything about computers. Is it a better laptop than the other one I posted?

    Lads,

I just noticed that the Samsung Laptop I posted above doesn't have a CD-Drive/Burner. Do you think this will be a problem or is everything available to download that was on CD?

Also, I tend to burn a lot of CD's. Its not essential that I have a burner on the laptop but it would make life a little easier. How much would it cost to get a stand alone burner that can easily be hooked up to the laptop and used with any burner software I may have?

    Thanks for your help again!
