im in for this one if needed, played 35 minutes last nite of a GAA matchand the knee is ok and i actually played quite well when i came on, so add in the 10 i got on Tuesday nite, im not doing too bad. still along way off being actually fit, i need to do some training this week. just hoping the knee holds up for a few months and if it does, then i may give the operation a miss. if it doesnt hold, ill have the op. ive no choice anyway, theres a massive waiting list.

tough opener, we always struggled against these but always seemed to beat them. a must 3 points. hope this squad list is the right one, not sure, feel free to edit.

More than likely 18 man squad for tonight. Excellent stuff, can't wait for this now!

Bodes well, hopefully we can put in a good performance and get the 3 points.

    Best of luck lads

    Walkover given by Bar Real.

3-0 win, three points on the board and a worthwhile session to boot.

I'm taking the goals on the astro site.

How does one get a call up for this?

    Hi Tigerphil.

It's a bit late now as the season has started and as you can see we have a pretty big squad assembled.

This season lasts until next Feb, and then we will be recruiting again for the Summer 2010 Season.

If you are still interested then, pop back in here to see whatever friendlies we arrange, that's where I take a look at new players, new players take a look at us and we decide if we want to have the new players in the squad (in the last few weeks before this season started, for instance, we added about 4 new lads)

    Cheers, thanks for that.
