Penis and testicle swelling

    Regular poster on boards. There is no anonymous option on the medical forum so i have to post here.

    I have some swelling on the right side of my penis and my scrotal sack seems to be much bigger than usual at the moment too. Penis appears to be a little red on the side of the swelling. I noticed this 24 hours ago. I thought it was due to tight trousers i was wearing yesterday but its still the same.

    I'm hoping its an allergic reaction to something. I was drinking Irish Coffee and Guinness for Arthurs day and never usually drink either.

    Just wondering if i need to go to hospital straight away or if i can see a doctor on Monday.

    There is no pain involved while urinating and i didnt have sex in the last week.
