Not sure of exact date yet, but it will be a few weeks.

It'll be visible in the early hours in the morning (5, 6 or so) in about 3 weeks, 2 and half weeks. At sociable hours in about 5 weeks or so at the most. It won't be visible at any time for a few weeks now.

A full pass takes approx 5mins.
The next evening sightings will be around 8 November and continue for about a week and a half.

To get more details and explanations of how to see the ISS.
goto http://www.irishastrosoc.org/ and look under how to menu.

DO NOT PAY PREMIUM RATE PHONE CHARGES, all of this is available free and easily on the web.

    Clear skies

It'll be different in late/mid October due to the shorter days. I'm just giving an educated guess here but I suppose about 7ish it'll be visible at that period.
Go to www.heavens-above.com and enter your co-ordinates for pass times...
