brother ps3 help...

    My brother bought a ps3 slim last week, everything is doin great but today every game he plays it's keep on freezing after 30 to 45 mins of gameplay should he return it, is gamestop will goin to replace it or just fix it?

    P.S it's not with the firmware either cause i check it and he already updated it to 3.01

    Bring it back to the shop and get it replaced , you have a 1 year guarantee with the shop you bought it from.

    Also have a read here and keep the link handy as they are great to deal with and help you out when your unsure of your rights.

    If its doing it often i would take it back and get it replaced as your well within your rights to do so

    I went to gamestop today and they didn't replace it! they try my console and it freeze and they said to bring it home again and format the console if it still doesn't work they told me to contact sony cause they will not goin to give me a replace for a new one unless if the console is completely not working!

    tbh GAME is much better when the ps3 phat of my mate got broke they replace it without ask!
