Laptop to monitor and tv

I am looking to setup a laptop to a monitor and a tv at the same time ( I need to extend laptop screen to an external monitor and tv). laptop only has vga and s-video connection. I can get one on its own working but not the two together. I dont mind buying a video convertor of some kind but dont know where to get it.
