Apart from meeting some cool people and getting my student card it was a waste of a week really.

The BEST program was a heap of ****e seriously. What does building paper towers have to do with my course?

Can't wait to start my proper work! :)

It was pretty "meh" tbh, felt like a waste of time.

I just want my course to start, I'm sick of all this!

What's the story with next week actually?

It's freshers week next week, i'm fairly sure the SU are organising a load of activities all throughout the week :) we do still go to lectures tho

As for orientation week....more like orientation days, 2 days and you're done.. Wasn't bad but wasn't exactly great either.

Many people including myself didn't think much of orientation week, that it was a waste of time, but it is good in the sense that you are not being shoved into lectures the first day you get there, gives us time to get to know are surroundings etc.

Are you expected to be at lectures or lying somewhere recovering from the night before?

Lock and key was great fun despite not finding a lock..

Missed the ball because i was at a debs..

I wish I'd met more people, they all seemed to be in groups already and even in one of the talks I was at the woman asked everyone to introduce themselves to each other nobody talked to me.

I think I need to speak up more

I wouldn't worry about not meeting many people, you'll meet loads in the next couple of weeks what with Freshers Week, Clubs & Socs Week and then meeting all your classmates.

Should be good times, too bad about the lectures :p

    I quite liked it!

It was a bit slow, but everyone was new!

Met some cool people and really enjoyed lock and key and the MJ ball. :D

Would have liked to have met my class more than once though!
