    Hello,

I'm setting up a limited company.

The chap I spoke to in DCEB recommended using ICC or a similar companies formation specialist to do this.

I would assume that these guys are just going to charge a few hundred euro for some fairly standard paperwork?

Is it possible to just copy the Articles of Assosiation etc from elsewere or would people recommend against this?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

for the sake of a few hundred euro to have it correct or the other option of doing it yourself and making a mistake that could be potentially a major problem later I'd be going with paying to have it done.

I set-up a Ltd company too about 3/4 months ago, cost me €360 all-in. I taught that was a fair price. I done this via ICC at 17 Dame St, ask for Jason Bowers.

It was all done in about 2 weeks, you get all the paper work, company seal etc...

If you havnt a clue where to start then its definitly worth paying to have it done as its not that expensive.
