    hi guys

    if anyone interested i am setting up a small weight loss group in the leisure centre in ballisodare, starts Tuesday the 29th at 8pm. it is for 10 weeks, the first night you get weighed and measured, will be given a food diary and a leaflet. then each week you get weighed. the biggest loser at the end of the 10 weeks gets a cash prize towards a christmas outfit.

    there is also a special promotion on membership with the leisure centre for the 10 weeks.
