    Dont know if this is the right forum.

    Can you use an lcd monitor [non tv] to plug into digital tv?

    depends what inputs are on the monitor. if you dont have the right connection, you can buy converters

    what monitor do you have?

    most monitors will have dvi/vga. all digital tv sources will have a scart output, so you'd need a scart to dvi/vga converter
