I'm just bought a €30 topup for 3v and i've been trying to send the money to paypal but i cant already, It took 5 euro off me could someone please tell me step by step how to send money from 3v to paypal? its asking me for a paypal code and i've no idea where or how to find it will I get the 5 euros they took off me back?
