    Hello all,
First of all i'm new to this forum and new WRC, so i'm looking for a bit of guidance please.

I'm looking to attend the WRC rally in Wales on the Friday by getting a one day pass. My first question is regarding car parking and the amount of spaces agaisnt the amount of spectators, is there enough spaces? Or does it require an early start and get to the location, say an hour before the start of the stage.

Also, I would like to see more than just one stage and perhaps all three, does anybody think this is possible?

As stated i'm a novice to this area and any other tips would be great. I have searched the rallygb site and there isn't much info for beginners.

    many thanks in advance:cool:

I'm no expert - only been to it once. But on that trip, I found parking to be more than ample at every stage. Also, the ticket I had basically dictated what stages I would go to, and they were far enough apart (time wise) to be easy to make.
One morning we were ridiculously late getting to the first stage of the day, and had to pretty much do a stage of our own for about 4 miles up a forest "road". That was the highlight of the trip!! And even though the first car had already started the stage, we got parked within a few hundred yards of the spectator area, and with a short sprint got to see the first car pass. I couldn't believe how easy it was to get to the stages, especially comparing to the sh1te parking and congestion you see at rallies here.
Hope you enjoy it and please do report back on how it pans out for you.

WRGB is considered the most expensive WRC event to spectate at.

By the sounds of the orignal poster you have never been to a forest rally and WRGB might not be the best one to start with.

I have been to it 2 times you will either need to be at the stage hours before or you will be facing long walks. sometimes the have the car parks quite a distance from the stages.

alot of people park up the night before and stay in there car/van.

the chances of seeing all 3 stages in one day is a fairytale the traffic does be mental and you are better off finding a good spot on one stage and in the break between them walk to a different spot on the stage.

Killarney, Cork, Galway, Carlow, Monaghan, Cavan and also the WRC to name some. Haven't been to Donegal in years but it sounds like the one rally that works well. Glad you've not had problems here. And maybe I was just incredibly lucky the year I went to Wales.
