I'd talk to a lawyer or ring the gardai and ask about your rights (They may be suspicious of you though)

As far as I know men in general have **** all rights if the woman really has problems , unless of course you can demonstrate they are unsafe around her.

Guys do have legal rights but often don't know what to do to enforce those rights.

With deadhead13 here you should contact Amen. They have a helpline 046 9023718 and after hours numbers are posted on their website.

    Best of luck OP.

Get onto Amen NOW, as you have next to no rights regarding the kids, as you're not married to her. Family law sucks in this country. Best of luck.

Also, post a thread in PI @ http://boards.ie/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=127 as there are a lot of folks there who have had similar problems.

Make sure to keep a record of her actions and incidents, photograph injuries, and get to the Gardai before she does.

OP - You shouldnt get worked up or react. If your ex is causing problems you can take the legal route and obtain a protection/safety order or a barring order from the family court and you can apply for this straight away.

You should seek legal advice before going down this route but if the situation is already out of hand.
