I'm just wondering how many of you are getting sponsorship / raising funds for a chosen charity by doing the DCM?

Myself the OH are doing it for the Laura Lynn Hospice Fund www.lauralynnhospice.com and people have been quite generous so far, despite the recession....:)

I wasn't raising money for a charity, but people seemed desperate to give money when they hear I'm running it. So anything I raise will go to Cystic Fibrosis Ireland. They could do with it seeing as the department of health don't seem too pushed about them...

I am running it for the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation (you may get the connection by forum name), I have not really pushed as people are struggling with cash at the moment. Hence why I tripled it to include 3 events the Eireman, Ipswich Half marathon (done these 2) and finish of with a nice lap around Dublin.
