    Hey Lads
    Just wondering if anyone can help
    I am doing a Business degree and have to do a dissertation over the next two years.:eek:
    I work in a big business but I have no ideas on what to do the dissertation on.:confused:
    I was just wondering if anyone could help me out with any ideas on what to do the dissertation on i.e. employee turnover etc.

    hey, good luck with this, I would just read around a general area that you are interested in and see what areas have been researched before. If you have access to academic journals, you will get a good idea of where any gaps lie, or you may even find a study that you could replicate in a different service industry, or even apply international research to an Irish company. You prob know this already if you have done an undergraduate thesis, but alot of the journal articles will conclude with recommendations for further study, so that could help generate some ideas. Anyway good luck with it all.
