Is anyone else having trouble accessing this new email thing with gmail. It won't let me get into it. On Google Chrome and Firefox i get this msg:
    Shibboleth - ERROR

An error occurred while processing your request. Please contact your helpdesk or user ID office for assistance.

Error Message: Invalid IdP URL (HTTP 404)

and on Internet explorer it's worked the odd time, but now i'm getting the HTTP 404, page cannot be found, msg aswell

Checked cookies and seemed normal enough to me.
    Any suggestions?

Hi! I had the same problem. I rang the relevant office (Alumni for me) and the guy reset my password. Which didn't change, he left it as it has been since I first registered 10 years ago, but hit reset or whatever. Log on worked straight away. Contact CSD and they'll do the same.

Same for me, until I emailed helpdesk@dcu.ie. The next day it was working (and I sent email after office hours so if you do it during the day could be working same day)
