    Hi all,

Does anone know of any good US based camera websites which ship to Ireland?

I want to buy the Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS3 from the USA, which is the equivalent to the Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ7 in Europe. I am looking for this model specifically so please don't suggest I buy the DMC-TZ7 instead thanks.

    Cheers,

    ~livEwirE~

    299 U.S. of A bucks here.....

International shipping via DHL/UPS only it seems so shipping may be pricey plus almost guaranteed to be caught for customs.

Payment via Google Checkout or Wire Transfer

Never used them but online feedback seems to be good.

Cheers fdevine, thanks for the reply, had a look at 17photo alright, steep shipping at $67...

    Best prices so far:

    http://www.adorama.com $361.15 / €244.425 inc. del.
    http://www.bhphotovideo.com $404.35 / €274.98 inc. del.
    http://www.17photo.com $366 / €247.760 inc. del.

I am leaning towards 17photo as they have different colours at the same price. Can anyone do better than this please?

I don't know why you want to buy in US specifically, but, as was noted, it will be stopped by Customs, and the resulting total cost will certainly be higher than the US price + del. Have you looked at Continental Europe?

    Bye, Barry

I want to buy the Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS3

I can't look anywhere but the USA BarryM as this is the US specific version of this camera and I want it. The TZ7 which is available in Europe does NOT allow continuous video recording(stops after 15mins) while the ZS3 does, thats why I gotta have it :D

I'm well away of possible custom charges but have checked with a mate of mine who bought the same model in June and was not charged customs. I might just have to take the gamble!

    US$307 http://cameras.abesofmaine.com/search?w=DMC-ZS3&x=0&y=0
I bought from this crowd a few years back. Shipment was not too bad back then. But they used UPS which is guaranteed to get caught....

@ Soundman, my mate bought from http://www.17photo.com and wasn't caught for customs but another mate bought from www.adorama.com and was caught ($60).

Thanks for the other sites guys will be checking them out, although at this stage as I'm not in a hurry for a camera I might wait until Black Friday on 27th Novemebr to grab a bargain on this model ;)
