Ustream HELP!

Hi, Does anyboby know how to use ustream? If there was another user on ustream and i wanted to see their video, can i only watch it live or does it save the video so i can watch say an hour or two after it was recorded!!!:confused:

normally the streams are live, so no need to download and watch it later, you will watching it while its live on TV. i personally use it at the weekend to watch the soccer.
