Looking for best price for good quality netbook?

    Hi,

    I have been looking for the best price for a new netbook for my brother for his 21st. I've checked the various sites like dell, elara, dabs etc and the best offers for new netbooks seem to be around the 220 euro (and upwards) mark ex VAT and delivery. I have preference for a Toshiba netbook but I realise that may stretch it a little... any ideas? Are refurbished laptops worth a punt?

    All suggestions, links, discount codes, ideas etc welcome.. thanks!
