How to get them to put out?

My problem the last couple of years is that I don't get girls to put out enough. It only happens a couple of times per year. I am not interested in a relationship, I just want to meet girls who put out. Any advice to get this kind of action on a regular basis?

I never got it more than a few times per year.
I cannot go to coppers since I relocated to Sweden a while back.
