Im having a problem hooking up my tv to my pc, i got a hdmi to dvi cable and connected it to the second port on my graphics card.

The problem is the monitor has a native res of 1920x1200 but my tv has a max res of 1920x1080 so when i go to nvidia control panel and try to clone the desktop the res cuts off the taskbar and edges of the screen on the monitor but it seems ok on the tv, is there any way around this or do i just have to make do with doing it this way anytime i want to watch something on the tv?

I tried changing my monitor res to 1920x1080 btw but it still just cuts off the edges of the screen, it doesnt resize the whole taskbar etc.
